Shipping and Return Policies
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of delivery and must be in new and undamaged condition. You will not receive a refund for the shipping and handling. Regarding wheel returns, credit will be issued, less the amount of shipping. Wheels cannot be returned if tires have been mounted on them or if the wheels are damaged. See Wheel Warranty.
No credit will be issued on tires if driven on or damaged. An adjustor will examine tires and credit will be issued if acceptable. Credit will be issued.
In regards to wheel & tire packages, credit will be issued less freight charges and a $50 dismounting charge.
No returns on special ordered products. When returning a product please ship back to us exactly as it was shipped. Make sure wheels are properly secure with the center caps in the right place and lug nuts wrapped tight to avoid scratching in shipping. Merchandise must be in the same condition and can’t be damaged or driven on. Credits will be made once the product is returned to us and has been examined by our adjustor. Credit will be made on the initial form of payment less freight charges.
We ship items within 24-48 hours after purchase. We will contact you if there are any issues. Method of shipping is FedEx Ground, it will take approximately 2-6 business days for delivery to take place. We only ship to the continental US through FedEx Ground. We do not ship to APO or P.O. If your merchandise has arrived damaged or is lost, shipping claims are filed through FedEx and will take 24-48 hours for the claim to be processed.
